New Security Company Appointed

Dear Residents

Simdo Sdn Bhd, a new security services company has been appointed and they will take over from Sunday evening at 7pm from Kawalan Sentral whose performance was really bad.

Request residents to cooperate by slowing down your cars and as well advise your visitors to stop, register and get a visit pass from the Entry House Guard.

The new company's guards will have to familiarize themselves with the procedures and get to know the residents, so be patient with them in the first week of the operations.

We request all residents to participate in the programme, display the stickers prominently and as well help the committee in the collection exercise which goes on every 3 months in a year.

We need at least 75% of the residents to pay up to run the programme effectively.

Please note without considering electricity charges and periodical infra structure maintenance, the bare monthly cost for the security company alone is RM 11,100/-(Rate is now RM 4.60/hour. Motor bike allowance is RM 350/month and the Govt Service Tax is 6%)

Overall adding for electricity charges and miscellaneous items, the cost per month will is in the region of RM 11,500/month.

The committee though it welcomes your appreciation, what we require really is your constructive support - like paying up voluntarily and assisting by joining the committee. And we need a street leader for Road 9/9C. If you are willing to participate please give me a call on 012-205 9305.
